Provide Required Identification
To comply with US Patriots Act, we ask all customers who have account trading privileges to submit a legible digital image or photocopy of two (2) forms of identification for US and non-US accounts.
If required: Acceptable identification forms for US Citizens (2 forms required):
Copy of a valid driver’s license;
Copy of a valid passport;
Copy of a valid credit card; or
Copy of a state-issued picture ID.
Acceptable identification forms for non-US Citizens (2 forms required):
Copy of a valid driver’s license;
Copy of a valid passport; or
Copy of a valid credit card.
For assuring legibility, digital pictures are the best way to transmit ID's via fax.
Additional forms that must be submitted by individual and or joint applicants
• Non U.S. Citizens: Complete Required IRS Form:
Complete and submit a W8-BEN form if you are a non-US citizen, resident, or legal entity.
